Airport Transportation

Zakynthos Airport is approximately 10 km away from the Hotel and takes about 20 minutes by car. If you wish to organize a transfer from or to the airport, the Reception team is happy to assist you in this matter.

Breakfast

Is served in “Votsala” restaurant from 07.00 till 10.05 daily. Breakfast service is available in the room (chargeable at the front desk). We can provide customers in special packs for early breakfast upon request (chargeable at the front desk).

Boat Rental & Excursions

Down at the beach you will find our boat rentals and trips. For more information’s, please contact the boat rental kiosk.

Air Conditioning & Heating

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. Please use the wall mounted adjuster or the remote control to set the air conditioning. The air conditioning will not operate unless you close all doors and windows. If you need any assistance or you have questions about the system please contact our Reception for help.

Business Center

If you would like to send a fax or make a copy, please contact the Reception Team to assist you. There is a shared computer and printing, copying and scanning for our customers.

Pool Bar & Beach Bar Tropic's

Open from 10.00 – early hours. Here you will find a delicious choice of menu for your lunch.

Car Parking

The hotel parking is at your disposal opposite the hotel. We would like to inform you that the hotel is not liable for cars or any object left in the car.

Late Checkout

The check out time is at 11.00 o’clock noon. If you require a later check out or wish to extend your stay, please contact the reception. Your request will be subject to availability and may occur additional costs.

Concierge Service

Our Reception Team assists you in all your requests and wishes. Taxi, buses, sightseeing, money exchange, flower arrangements, ect as well as mailing your correspondence.

Our Housekeeping Team is at your service at all times. Should you require an extra towel, an extra pillow or an iron, please let us know. Room: cleaning every day.

Each room has wireless internet access, laptops available at the reception. If you are having any problems with your connection, please contact the Reception.

Laundry / dry cleaning / ironing service is available every day except for national holidays. For more details, please contact the Reception.

Towels are changed every day. Bedlinen every 2nd day.

Lost & Found

All found items are stored in the Reception department for 3 months. Please contact us if something is missing.

Luggage

We will assist you to store your luggage in our luggage room before leaving. Our groom will help you carry your luggage, if required, please contact the Reception.

Medical Service

If you require medical help or assistance, please contact the reception. The nearest pharmacy is located in Laganas.

Turn Down Service

The hotel runs a turn down service during the evening. Should you wish to have your room done during that time, please place your request at the reception desk.

We inform you that for your safety the exterior is recorded by cameras, something provided by the law.

You can use the sun beds and umbrellas in the pool area free of charge, while the sun beds and umbrellas on the beach have a charge.
